You talked, we listened. We received A TON of feedback from you, our
customers, about how much you loved our goose and duck calls. With all
that support, we decided to take it to the next level and true to form, we
delivered. Introducing the competition line of Feather Duster Calls. The
first call released is our competition goose call. It features the new
Feather Duster logo laser engraved on the call, shorter design to make it
respond quicker to air pressure changes and the brand new custom designed
FD guts give it unmatched range from top to bottom. It is available in
either all acrylic or cocobola mouth piece with an acrylic insert.
About our calls... What makes this goose call different? The length of the goose call in combination with the gut system allows for moderate backpressure for the call to break. This equates to the user being able to learn and master the call easily. This call can hit all of the high hail calls and comeback calls while still getting really low and guttoral for moans and laydown sounds. The volume of this goose call is unmatched. The custom shaved reed design and hand tuning of every goose call allows for maximum volume and pitch without compromising the overall range of the call. The "barrel groove" provides a good guide for beginners as a starting point for the placement of the "on" hand (which is the hand that holds the call). The finished dymondwood gives the look of a call twice it's price.
